We seek values and principles through the art, sport, and lifestyle of jiujitsu, martial arts, and fitness to build the physical and mental development of each of our students.

Jiu Jitsu

The gentle art that emphasizes group ground fighting, using leverage and learnt techniques to be able to defend or submit a larger and stronger opponent or aggressor. Brazilian jiu jitsu is practiced for self-defense, sport and hobby.

NO GI

A style of Jiu jitsu where gripping of material is not permitted, and techniques are altered accordingly. A realistic transition to self-defense in the street as well as training for a rapidly growing sport.

Kids

Through learning the martial art of jiu jitsu from a young age our children take their learning way beyond the mat. They learn discipline and respect as well as build self-confidence in their ability to defend themselves from bullies and in general. It opens opportunities to compete in a sport as well as building lifelong friendships with others.
